4. This is just not right. He should serve his time like the rest of the world has to do. He should have gotten more. How come everyday people in Florida serve more time for a lesser crime than he has committed? Florida likes to take away people's licenses for life..hoepfully it will be his too!!!

10. come on, no need to be totally rude, yeah he screwed up. BIG TIME. but hes not getting out early cause of who he is, they let less offenders out early everyday all the time because of over crowded jails. thats why they have time off for good behavor in the first place. and honestly I dont think the hogan kids are low class. but their parents bring them down, specially their mother. Nick messed up. what kid his age didnt. granted he did almost kill someone but that stuff happens everyday as well. kids driving like idiots and showing off. I just read an artical about a girl who was run over by the car she was surfing on cause she fell off. difffernce is we dont see those dramas played out on everyday people because we are just down to earth regular people lol

15. i am still wishing he would have got a harsher sentence, but they do let people out for good behavior....so as long as he's not molesting children, selling crack or raping anyone...at least he did actual time. It still won't bring John G back to who he was or ever will be though. I truely hope Nick finds some sort of way to help the Graziano family and others. He won't because he's spoiled, but i am still hoping
