Hulk's Boy -- Out in the Nick of Time

It won't be wieners in jail for Nick Hogan too much longer.

Nick's being released from Pinellas County Jail on Oct. 21, three months short of the eight-month sentence he got for felony reckless driving. His early release is for good behavior.

36. He will be in trouble again. No doubt about it. I feel so sorry for the guy in the hospital. I hope and pray he will get better one day.

37. He's lucky. If he were black, mexican or asian he wouldn't be out of jail until he was eligible for social security.

39. Nice work Linda & Hulk. One child in jail before the age of 18, the other unemployed and untalented. Neither completed high school. You must be real proud, nicely done.

40.

If anyone is upset over the sentence (whether they think it was too long or too short), then they need to work to change the laws in their county or state. Either the laws are too harsh or too lenient, or the judges who are sentencing are either too harsh or too lax. If they are an elected judge, then use the power of your vote and kick their butts off the bench. Work to help elect a judge that you feel would do a better job in dispensing justice.

Personally, I'm working toward changing the Federal system, which is a total wreck. The US Attorneys are out of control, Federal Judges and sentencing guidelines are out of control.

If the powers at Enron received such harsh sentences, then the mortgage bankers and mortgage lenders who are at the root of the present economic debacle need to be put behind bars also. Hell, the heads of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac need to be put behind bars. No one, no hired executive is worth $90 million dollars for six years.

41. BOY I BET HER REALLY LEARNED A LESSON AFTER THAT AMOUNT OF TIME - NOT. HE'S AN IDIOT.

42. Ok, so he is getting out early, but at least he did serve his time more than Paris, Nichole, or Kim, right? I know what he did was worse, but seriously, so is dui, on meds while driving. I think they all should of served their time, just like the rest of the world has to do, not just because they're "hollywood".

43. If this had been an ordinary person on the street he would be serving the max.
I guess those are the perks of being the kid of a famous wrestler. SAD!!!!

44. Nick is banned from driving for the next 3 years. With his penchent for street racing, who wants to bet TMZ will be reporting that's he's been stopped for driving without a license within the year?

There is no way this moron will NOT get behind the wheel soon. Any douche who gets stopped by cops three times in one day for speeding in excess of 100, is too stupid to know limits.

And what bets are on Bulky Hulky finding some loophole in the driving ban, to allow Nicky to race on a private tracks or something.

Guaranteed that douche will be behind the wheel within three years. Guaranteed. I just hope to helll no one's in his way.
