47. Damn, Bamn, Damn........but for the Grace of God there go I! Whoa dudes and dudettes.........let he (or she) who is without sin cast the first stone. I'm not saying what little Nicky did was right or in any fashion excusable.......but folks he's doing his time and he'll have to live with himself and what happened for the rest of his life. For those of you who are sh*tting all over Nick.......get real.........Please! Like others have said it was a stupid and nearly fatal thing a teenager did while in the company of an ADULT! Didn't anyone note that when this happened Nick was 16 pr 17 and that John Graziano was 24? John did his country proud by serving in the Armed Forces in Iraq. He wasn't a kid and he made the choice over and over again to hang out with a teenager who repeatidly drove like a bat outta hell all the while enjoying the benefits of the "Hogan celebrity." Is anyone going to tell me they honestly believe this was the first time Nick raced while John was in the car? I am not apologizing for Nick's actions and I'm not making excuses for him. All I am saying is there's more here than most folks want to admit. Bashing Nick, the Hulkster, Linda, and even Brooke is easy..........cuz they do give y'all an awful lot to hate. But like someone else mentioned earlier; if this was Billy Smith and his buddy John Doe this happened to then no one would give a f**king sh*t. Unfortunately this sort of thing happens again and again almost every single day across the country. The parents, friends, and loved ones of those victims have just as much grief and heartache to suffer through as those whose misfortunes are fodder for TV shows. If you do anything about this at least say a prayer for John and the others in smiliar situations. Go ahead and p*ss all over Nick and others like him. Then, if you're any kind of a decent person, do your damndest to educate and prevent sh*t like this from ever happoening again. That way after the hoopla dies down and fades from the memory there'll hopefully never be another accident like this to destroy lives.

I wonder what network will be desperate enough to put Nicky Retardo on a reality show? If he does get one, the Graziano family should file suit and get the medical bills paid!

50. It's almost sad when you see the posts by Hogan family and their PR people. This was no accident (the judges words not mine). The act of providing alcohol and a fast car to a functionally retarded high school drop out with multiple speeding tickets and infractions is no accident. It was a sequence of events.
Nick, PLEASE take Brooke, Hulk and Linda for a car ride.

53. ok everyone.... there is so much hate towards this family....its a shame...... yes there is someone that will never be able to to everything he loved.... having served his country with honor... and there is nick hogan... a 17 year old when this horrible accident happened.....wrong choices for a teen.... but any teen in a celebrity bubble life is going to believe that they are invinsible...its somthing that regular teens and most of us will never know.... i dont judge the kid for what happened but i can surelly come to my own conclusions on how living with his parents in a different world could make him believe that life is easy and fun.... well his life changed forever and also his friend being almost killed........ then his parents go through this nasty media divorce for all of us to see and for them to simply not know how to manage themselves in the eyes of the public .............too much to handle..... yet 80% of the comments are so hatefull ,, as if those 80% have gone thorugh this pain and sorrow....................so come on people .............life is too short to pass judgement............you will never be in the eyes of the public as a celebrity................so why be negative...........if you want to write something............then send a card to the soldier that served our country and that his life has been changed...............do something positive

i have no problems with nick getting out of jail ..........he has paid society and everyday will be tough for this once playfull teen simply trying to adjust................... no family could ever know how to deal with a situation like this..........but i can assure you that every weekend parents are too friendly with their teens allowing them to do things that might change their life foreever............

54. I agree with Natosha....Seriously people. Accidents like the one Nick and John were in happen everyday, not just in the US, but around the world. You don't see them in the media as much because honestly, the media doesn't care about the people who have no money, they care about the "rich" people, the "movie/tv" stars. The media is only worried about trying to screw up their lives and get all up in their business, so they can get paid. The Hogans family isn't screwed up, they go through the same stuff other families go through, divorce, alcohol, reckless driving, trying to become successful, the hugest difference are the cameras. I'm sure if you had a camera in your home and people are watching your family, they would probably think you and your family would be screwed up. People have their own opinions, but they need to realize that everyone has their problems, even the ones whose lives are put out there for the world to see.

If you are a member of your family or a good friend is in a serious or fatal accident, you might think differently. You cannot hold something over peoples head forever. He did what he was supposed to do, serve his time. Accidents like Nicky boy happens every day. We had one here in the DC area last night.

60. I understand where both Hogan Haters and Hogan Lovcrs are coming from. Is Nick's friend living off of machines or is he at home but totally imcompetent. If he is living off of machines there is no way I would let my child live like that for a year. Why make him suffer more?
