Miley Cyrus says she's not trying to get out of her "Hannah Montana" contract, notwithstanding our spies on the set -- who say she's been vocal about it. Our sources, as well as the Chicago Sun-Times, say Miley has been habitually late and has pissed off other cast members. 
And speaking of pissed off ... we got her at Universal Studios Hollywood -- Disney will love that.

41. Did anyone else notice at the end when she turned sideways it so looked like she wasn't wearing a bra. My little girl Loves Miley just like every other one in American, and to see what she is becoming is just sad. On one had its not fair to project our ideals on to her. She is an individual who will make mistakes and just happens to do it in front of the world. But where I get the most upset is the fact that she projects herself as a role modle. She says all this stuff about being a christain and her faith and wanting to set an example. So then to go and do the things she has been doing and taking pics like she has and acting this way is very hypocritical and I feel that the critizisim is deserved. And the same for her daddy. Billy Ray makes comments about keeping his family normal and not "hollywood" and such. Well any normal daddy who saw trashy pics his 14, 15 year old daughter took of herself looking like a whore and sending to people would have made sure that never happened again and done something about it. There wouldn't be new pics every two months of her being slutty. Once again I think the they deserve most all of what they are getting.

Alan Alda's been in a lot of stuff and has been working steadily from the 50's up to this day. He's even got a movie that just came out in July, two new movies coming out (one with Greg Kinnear), had another movie that came out in 2007, and before that he was on The West Wing. Not to mention the numerous other projects he's been in lately.
