62. There are many pretenders to teh thrown of cool, but none sit so high that they become more then mighty. Except paul Newman. Gone is an Icon worth praise and note. What we have left over are the feew rpetenders who aren't even worth the paper the notes called Paul Newman are created on.

65. Good man, just a all around wonderful human being. Also a good Unitarian Universalist. He will be missed but his spirit and example of doing good works will last. We will miss you Paul.

66. The world has lost a great soul, kind and generous man, brilliant actor. His Hole in the Wall Camps initiatiated one of the first Therapeutic Horseback Riding programs, and provided so much joy to terminally ill children. We should all try to emulate him in some small way. God Bless.

69. Most of the celebrities on this site deserve being slammed. This guy was a true old school Hollywood legend. A gentleman truly interested in the craft of filmmaking and giving back to the less fortunate. He lived on the East coast away from the cameras and celebrity. Goodbye Paul, Thanks.

Had his hands in everything, so ambitious, adventurous and full of life.
Him and his wife were such an incredible couple.
So handsome, even at the end.

72. Paul Newman was a class act from the beginnning until his passing. A man of grace and the true meaning of giving back. He was one of a kind and I doubt if we will ever see his like again. RIP Mr. Newman. You helped so many and you entertained us for many years as well. Your legacy lives on.

"The Great Escape" my favorite movie......... with over 60 movies to his name...... this is another true hollywood legend.... he lived a long life and entertained our grandparents, fathers, mothers , chilren.... some great movies over his acting career. one word i can say to descrive this man "INTEGRITY" a sad moment to see him go but nice to see all his movies,,,, his car racing dayswith his Nissan Z and all his pesonal events that the media gave us.
