17. matthew, you look so wonderful. i have often wondered what you looked like and what you were doing when i would see you on little house. my favorite scene that you did on little house is when you went upstairs rto meet and go with your real father and charles stayed downstairs. you went into the room and he was standing looking out the window and you saw him looking out at the window and the look on your face, it dawned on you to play being blind. it was brillant. of course he didn't want a blind son, he wanted a free farm hand. well, he dumped you. and then went downstairs and signed the paperwork for charles and caroline to adopt you. then when charles realized that they were adopting you charles ran up stairs and hugged you. then you and charles were in the wagon going home, did you ever tell charles that you pretended to be blind. i was hoping that on the christmas rememberance show that you would say pa, ma when i went up the stairs to see my real dad i pretended to play blind so he would not take me, because i knew i had a home here. i know mary being blind gave him the idea to pretend to be blind. i know the sylvia episode was a tearjerker when her own father called her bad names and was forcing her to lie, and albert finally was able to be with sylvia on her deathbed, i would love to see matthew in something, maybe on csi or 30 rock. please matthew would you post under this where you can be seen?

19. Matthew it's not too late to tell your fake adoptive dad on a 30-year old tv show that you faked being blind when meeting your fake biological dad so you could be adopted by your fake family.
BTW, lukebandiT, Matthew doesn't read here. I"m assuming he's a nice normal guy with a life, so he hardly has time to read trash like TMZ, especially comments from 5 morons who populate every thread with 'FIRST' and creepy stalkerish OCD freaks who obsess about a show that's long gone.

20. I just watched Little House last night. What a wonderful show. I told my son that, that show was in the top five shows in the70's. It was a show that promoted family. A family where the father was not perfect at times , but worked hard to provide and did his best to instill positive values. Too bad that today's fathers' are portrayed as "stupid idiots" whose intelligence is lower that his children. Oh and his wife is ALWAYS right, and he is always wrong.

He was my fav show in little priaire house and very good actor ,, he is real grow up all year till end of show,, I miss all family for not come back upgrade little house ,, most of my fav is matthew and melissa Gibert that is best actor and actress since parent not show program ,, i wish all come back special movie show on tv end of story but I understand all actor and actress not motive stay grow up till over the show ..

28. OMG!!!, I had a humongous crush on him when I was twelve years old. I bought all the Tiger Beat magazines that he was in. I absolutely loved the episode on Little House on the Prairie where he gets a girlfriend named Sylvia. I still remember their kiss. Then I remember she was raped in the woods that resulted in a pregnancy and when Doc Baker asked him if he was the father, he said, "NO" like really dramatically. He should of been nominated for an Emmy award for that scene alone. That was my favorite episode of Little House. Matthew get back into acting. I miss you on screen.

29. Bebe, TMZ was not incurrent. He has autism. There are varying degrees of autism. Some people can be very high functioning although most autism portrayed on television seems to feature low functioning individuals. There is also Asperger's Syndrome which is part of the austim spectrum that isn't as severe.
