167. I read about how your photographer saw her drunk in the store and then called the police when she drove away and then the photographer took pictures of the arrest.
Mr. Levin went on to say that the photographer did this out of civic duty not for the opportunity to get the photos. If that is true, why did they not stop her before she drove away. Civic duty - my ass.

169. I happen to think very highly of Heather Locklear. I think she's beautiful and seems like a down to earth kind of gal. That said. If Locklear had been snapped robbing a bank, would it be ok then to take a photo and call 911? Yes! Then it should be ok in a DUI case also. A law's a law. In many states, you don't have to be actually dring to get a DUI. If the keys are in the ignition, you're just the same as moving on down the road. Been there, done that.

170. My prayers are with Heather. She looks good. The only thing I see on this picture is a young who has been crying, depressed and missing a part of her life, due to a divorce, betrayal and life struggles. Why are we so easy to condemn others instead of helping? When we get to this point in our lives there is something truly missing in our lives. I don't think she's a druggie or alcholic , but a depressed female trying to cope with life. We have all been there at some point or the other. Good Luck with getting your life in order, Heather.

176. I feel very bad for Heather. It has to be hard getting older and wondering what's going to happen with your career ect... with the public watching feeling alone ect... I hope there is someone there for her. I hope she knows that she is still a beautiful person and very talented no matter what.
