Shamus you are a tool...depression is not about not having parties or drivers or enough money or looks..it is a chemical illness of the brain and can strike anyone ...granted I don't believe Ms. Locklear is solely on depression medication, I think she has a substance abuse problem..that coupled with depression is why people don't make rational decisions like getting a driver or being a role model for your kid. But don't mouth off about depression being a disease of the haves versus the have nots...that had nothing to do with it..the previous poster was correct about looking to the late Paul Newman for a true Star.

38. There are many kinds of anti-depressants that could produce dilated pupils, slurred speech, and agitation...Assuming Heather is on something "illegal" is discrediting not only her, but those who've helped her through a very traumatic time in her life...
My guess is that there's a problem with her meds, that could be fixed by adjusting them...Don't read too much into tabloid stories based on assumptions...
My thoughts are with Heather, and I don't believe for a second that she was just "high"...

42. I doubt the woman drove voluntarily. Ambien is well known for the adverse affect "sleep driving". I do not know what the law in C.A. is, but in some states she would not be held liable. Does anyone remember Joseph Kennedy being pulled over two years ago by the D.C. cops in his night clothes going to vote at 11:30 pm on a house bill?
