Heath Ledger's Entire Estate Left to Daughter

After months of closed-door court meetings -- all of Heath Ledger's estimated $20 mil estate will go to his 2-year old daughter Matilda Rose.

According to news reports, Heath's dad Kim Ledger says the will originally had all the assets divided up to his parents and sisters, but Heath's family thought the right thing to do was to give it all up -- for the benefit of Matilda.

Heath Ledger died of an accidental prescription pill overdose in January.

31. This one made me cry!!! I love Heath's work.... And he seemed like such a wonderful father. Matilda is precious, I hope she has a wonderful life, and I hope Michelle tells her all about Heath....

33. 12:42, what is wrong with you? how can you call a little girl, who is not spoiled and who is being raised by her mother in what seems like an extremely loving anc caring environment, a brat? Shame on you

34. Hey jc, your comment about the little girl being "fugly" was really about as low as you can go. Frankly, people like you make this world a piece of crap. I'll bet you are some pimply faced drug addict in Glendale that can't get a job anywhere except the Taco Bell drive-thru.

Go stuff that fat, zit filled face of yours with a Burrito Supreme and choke on it.

42.
Hey JC #12,

Calling the little girl fugly is just about the nastiest thing you can say. I bet you're a big ho, who's butt is so huge that it has its own zip code. And that zip code is not even a good neighborhood.

LOOSER TURD!

44. We don't even know if this is Heath's kid. Were there blood tests? Did the family insist? Williams gets around.....
The family should have kept the money. The value has to be higher in Australia. This mortage mess is gonna make us all be in the poor house.

45. I predicted from the very beginning that Heath's father would give the money to Matilda.
Whip, It doesn't matter whether Matilda is Heath's biological daughter or not although she does look like him. If he acknowledged her and signed the birth certificate, she is his daughter by law and the law is what counts when dealing with legal matters like wills and estates.
