Miley Cyrus' dad looks pooped!

The 47-year-old was spotted being a good neighbor by picking up after his dog near his L.A. home on Sunday.

Billy Ray hasn't slung this much crap since blaming Annie Leibovitz for those racy Miley/Vanity Fair pics.

19. I know the average IQ on this site is like 25, but the image on his shirt is neither him or his daughter as HM - it appears to be a VERY WELL KNOWN image of Geronimo, you know the famous native american.
Try reading a book, taking a class, or at least LEAVEING THE HOUSE ONCE IN A WHILE READERS!
