Jack Wagner is so handsome and from what I remember of him, a nice guy. Wish it'd work for them both.
She should get it together and thumb her nose at Richie and Denise.

142. First. DUI w/out imjury is a misdermeador in California. If a misd. and not committed in the presence of an officer, a citizens arrest has to be made OR a voluntary admission by the person being detained that they were the driver. Also, my brother is a police officer has a dept cell phone issued to him to take photo's of crime scene's etc, prior to a CSI officer arriving. CHP I am sure did not take any improper photo's because I have seen them do it before.

I and my 12 ur old daughter had come out of the same parking lot, around the same time as Ms. Locklear. We went keft, she went right. I am against ANYONE driving under the influence of ANY drug or alcohol !!! That is a very busy area and a pedistrain was hit and killed by a vehicle last year !! I applaud the cictizen who called 911.

145. You can be arrested and convicted for DUI with presribed medication. Under the influence, is under the influence. The police do not have to see you driving in order to arrest you for DUI. If you are the only person sitting in your car, have possession of the car keys, you are assumed to be the driver.

147. Another case of cops abusing their power. The officer in photo 12 is clearly setting himself up for a lawsuit. I admire most cops, but lately, I see more and more corrupt ones abusing their power. How can they arrest her for something they didn't see? Of course one of them will probably lie and say she acted high on something. SAVE HEATHER!!!!

148. To the one who said "she's too fat old to be pregnant." Um, There are women who are way older who have had children, and besides, that's not the point. What if she had a medicine reaction and that's why she pulled over? I'm sure you would want the law enforcement to give you the benefit of the doubt in that case. If she's guilty of DUI, then she'll pay for it. If not, then let's wait and see. But don't judge until you know everything.

149. You don't have to be driving to get arrested for DUI, if car key is in ignition and you are sitting in vehicle , that's intent to drive.
