So we got the pictures of Heather Locklear's DUI arrest. One in particular that has nothing to do with cops caught our attention yesterday -- the ring.

35. Jack Wagner divorced Ms Jones long ago. He currently looks horrible. He appears not to have shaved in weekd, and his hair has not been cut all summer. Before long he will look like a bottled-blonde Charles Manson.
