Judge Says Stone Wanted to Botox Her Kid

Sharon StoneSharon Stone is an alarmist parent who has gone off the deep end over and over, according to the judge who rejected her request to move her son down to L.A.

The court has released what it calls the "Tentative Statement of Decision." It is a highly sensitive document, which outlines a bitter, ongoing battle between Stone and ex-husband, Phil Bronstein.

Among many things, the judge says, "Mother appears to overreact to many medical issues involving Roan." In one case, the judge describes Stone believing Roan had a spinal condition, but "there was no evidence to support this allegation."

And then the court says, "Another example of an overreaction is that Mother suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odor. As Father appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem without the need for any invasive procedure on this young child."

The judge differentiated very distinctly the difference between Bronstein and Stone, saying, "Father has championed for Roan's well-being out of, what appears to this Court, nothing less than the unconditional love for his son. Unfortunately, and for unexplained reasons, it appears that Mother did not involve herself to the extent she could or should have in this process ... Mother has attempted to put up roadblocks to Roan's getting help, or has decided against participating in his care."

The judge goes on: "Unfortunately, the problem caused by Mother's overreactions is painfully real for this child."

There are many other specifics that we won't publish.

The judge says at one point, responding to Stone's argument that she put her career on hold for Roan, "If Mother has, in fact, limited her career to make herself available for Roan, she has done little to make this evident to Roan, his school or this Court."

A call to Stone's rep was not immediately returned.

61. WTF is this "and there are other details we won't publish" BS? Is this a better translation: "After TMZ published what we did, we were hit with cease and desist order from Stone's attorney". Otherwise, spill bitches.

62. Having botox on extra stinky feet is a legitimate medical option. If you have extra sweaty sweat glands for the feet, arms, etc, you certainly could do that as a medical proceedure. That's not the ONLY option, and if you can just wear socks, change out your shoes, etc. it would be better to do so. If my child's feet were abnormally sweaty so that they couldn't walk without slipping on their own foot gravey, I'd have it done. This headline is misleading...this botox treatment isn't a cosmetic treatment.

63. Do any of you that are commenting have any medical knowledge? I do! Using Botox is very common now days. Expecially for excessive sweating. If my child had odoress feet that was not controlable, I would certainly use the botox method. Why would anyone let their child have that type of stigma? If a child were staying the night at a friends house and his feet started to sweat in a blanket or whatever, that smell is very hard to get out of fabric. Even changing socks and using powder does not always work, besides, what child is going to use powder 24 hours a day? Do not critisize what you do not understand. It is so easy to judge someone or have an opinion when you are ignorant of the facts!!!!

64. You know, I saw Sharon Stone on a television program several years back after she'd had an aneurysm. Do you remember that? And she was still married to Bronstein at the time, but they were "separating." She mentioned that she had "bled into her brain" for 3 or so days before going into the hospital, where she was treated. She mentioned that she had called her husband with her concerns about her health and he had thought that she was worrying unnecessarily. She then mentioned -IN HER OWN WORDS - that she was a hypochondriac and so he was used to her assuming that she was ill, and therefore wasn't concerned about her. What does that tell you? This woman obviously has problems. TMZ, or whomever, probably didn't mention "some things" so as not to universally expose and embarrass Sharon Stone. Although they are doing that to a degree anyway. I feel sorry for her. People should always do what's best for the child. It seems the court is doing what they deem to be in the child's best interest.

65. I think this whole thing is sad. Children caught in the middle of anyone's battle is just sad. Botox, who knows if that is even true. I dont think calling someone names is the answer. I think it is awful that everyone can throw stones at someone. Even Jesus said he who is without sin cast the first stone. Sharon may need help. I really hope she gets it and gets her son back. Children need both parents in their life.

66. One only needs to look back at the simple people and they're eccentric ways....the woman that constantly brought her child in with mysterious illnesses that did not actually exist?

Because she is a "STAR" (I'm not impressed) she is given a pass for her actions....(they all are).

When Americans stop putting actors and actresses on this high pedistal these Simple people will act and be treated as equals. and get the HELP they need...because they have so much money and THINK they are invinsible does not mean they don't need assistance......and I believe Sharon needs assistance....she IS NOT above the rest...dont ignore the signs....she needs help

67. Soaking your feet in regular tea is also a treatment for smelly feet. The tannic acid dries it up. Much less toxic than botox.

68. IF IN FACT ALL WHAT THE COURT SAY IS TRUE.... THE FATHER NEEDS TO BE THE ONE WITH TO CARE FOR THE CHILD ....ANYONE THAT WOULD GIVE A CHILD BOTOX SHOTS FOR FOOT ODOR ..... HAS LOST IT ... !!! AND NEEDS TO SEEK SOME SERIOUS HELP !!!

69. I'm the mother of nine children. So I feel i have a total of 35 years raiseing children.I've dealt with a series of conditions with each kiddo. yep even smelly feet.
There is no need for botex treatments. change socks daily, keep the feet clean..I think the dramatics can do two things.
One it makes mommy feel like shes really doing something smart. And second it is gonna make this child think everything needs serious treatment. Kids go through enough with out making them think everything is serious.give the child to the father sounds like he has some common sense.

70. Hey, isn't the father the guy who got his toe bit off by a Kimono Dragon? He can't take care of his own feet and now he's dictating how his son's feet should be handled...just kidding.

Hey "Whatever"...please tell me what land you live in where men are being favored in divorce/custody cases? More often then not, the husband/father ends up having to pay spousal and child support, in many cases he also has to pay his ex's lawyer fees. How does that favor the man?

72. Are your kidding me this lady is nutsss!!!!!!! She should put botox on her feet, What about the other child?

Posted at 9:24PM on Sep 30th 2008 by Momma J

73. OH OK DEE, SO YOU THINK BECAUSE YOU ARE A MOTHER OF NINE CHILDREN , YOU HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE THAT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL HAS? HELL WHY DID I SPEND $42, 000.00 PLUS FOR MY EDUCATION, I COULD HAVE HAD COPIUS AMOUNT OF KIDS AND USE MY "MOTHERLY EXPERTISE" TO TAKE CARE OF MY PATIENTS. FURTHER MORE, PERHAPS YOUR KIDS DID NOT HAVE THE PROBLEM MISS. STONE'S CHILD HAS. YOU SEE NOT EVERY PATIENTS CONDITION IS THE SAME. PERHAPS HAD YOU LEARNED MORE ABOUT BIRTH CONTROL YOU WOULD HAVE HAD TIME TO GET AN EDUCATION INSTEAD OF A "MOMMY I NEED A BANDAID" EDUCATION. NOT ALL TREATMENTS HAVE THE SAME EFFECT DEE. PERHAPS YOU SHOULD LOOK UP THE CONDITION OR HEY STOP BREAST FEEDING FOR A SECOND AND GOOGLE IT.
