Judge Says Stone Wanted to Botox Her Kid

Sharon StoneSharon Stone is an alarmist parent who has gone off the deep end over and over, according to the judge who rejected her request to move her son down to L.A.

The court has released what it calls the "Tentative Statement of Decision." It is a highly sensitive document, which outlines a bitter, ongoing battle between Stone and ex-husband, Phil Bronstein.

Among many things, the judge says, "Mother appears to overreact to many medical issues involving Roan." In one case, the judge describes Stone believing Roan had a spinal condition, but "there was no evidence to support this allegation."

And then the court says, "Another example of an overreaction is that Mother suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odor. As Father appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem without the need for any invasive procedure on this young child."

The judge differentiated very distinctly the difference between Bronstein and Stone, saying, "Father has championed for Roan's well-being out of, what appears to this Court, nothing less than the unconditional love for his son. Unfortunately, and for unexplained reasons, it appears that Mother did not involve herself to the extent she could or should have in this process ... Mother has attempted to put up roadblocks to Roan's getting help, or has decided against participating in his care."

The judge goes on: "Unfortunately, the problem caused by Mother's overreactions is painfully real for this child."

There are many other specifics that we won't publish.

The judge says at one point, responding to Stone's argument that she put her career on hold for Roan, "If Mother has, in fact, limited her career to make herself available for Roan, she has done little to make this evident to Roan, his school or this Court."

A call to Stone's rep was not immediately returned.

106. Speaking as someone who has hyperhydrosis(excessive sweating of the hands and feet that never stops except while asleep) and have had it my entire life, It is nice to see a mom who has done her research such as Sharon Stone would know that Botox can help keep the disorder under control. She most likely wants her child to lead a normal life, which many of us were unable to do growing up because of this issue.

Anyone who tries to talk badly about this, do some research. There is a "corrective" surgery which is a horrible option that can make your life even worse due to compensary sweating of the back and chest and legs, or it can possibly cause one of your eyes to droop as a possible side effect.

So I say Sharon Stone has her child's best interest in mind, at least on this.

107. Sad Sad Sad.....also sad for the two boys who she adopted and have no Father to protect them. We are looking at the next Mommy Dearest stories I am afraid. Roan is far better off with his Dad. One can only imagine what TMZ chose not to report. SAD but thankfully this Judge saw past the "Movie Star", and only the welfare of the child. Bravo, it's about time.

109. Not that I am siding with Mz Stone... BUT, My 14 year old son has suffered from "Sweaty palm & feet Syndrome" for years, and it is a very real and uncomfortable problem. There are 3 solutions: Prescription Anti-Perspirant, (didn't work) Surgical severing of the nerve around the spine, and or botox, which is temporary and painful. I would not chose that for my son, but it WAS OFFERED up by his doctor! Just sayin...

110. Watching Stones movies, I thought she was quirky. I had no idea she was a nut job! You don't botox a child's feet. Lady, give your son a BATH!

111. We'll buy the kid some Irish Spring soap, Dr Scholl's foot powder and some moisture wicking sox. Where do we send then.
But no, wait! Maybe this is just another of her crazy attention getting stunts and the kid's feet are just fine. Bet the kid is just mortified.

113. YOU PEOPLE ARE UNEDUCATED, UNINFORMED IDIOTS!!! IT WOULD TAKE ALL OF 2 SECONDS TO LOOK UP THIS INFORMATION AND WHY THEY USE BOTOX ON FEET. BUT YOU TRASHY PEOPLE WOULD RATHER CRUCIFY A PERSON THAT DID RESEARCH HER CHILD'S OPTIONS. 'WASHING' DOESN NOT ALWAYS SOLVE THE PROBLEM MORONS!!!!!!!
GET A CLUE. YOU JUST LIKE TO TEAR PEOPLE DOWN AND JUDGE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE CLUELESS ABOUT THE TOPIC. IGNORANCE IS NOT BLISS IT'S JUST PLAIN STUPID

115. Stupid porn star should accept PETA's brain scan offer to see what exactly is wrong with her!

Dear Ms. Stone,
I am writing with an offer that could provide an opportunity for you to escape all future public condemnation when you show insensitivity to the suffering of others.
Given that millions of people—including children—were killed, injured, and left homeless by the recent earthquake in China, everyone was shocked to hear you dismiss the devastating effects of this disaster. However, your cavalier attitude did not come as a surprise to us. We are used to the indifference that you flaunt and the callous remarks that you make about the suffering and death of the animals whose fur you wear so often.
Scientific studies suggest that the prefrontal regions of the brains of people who lack empathy might be underdeveloped. Here’s our offer: Would you allow PETA to pay for a scan of the prefrontal region of your brain to determine if comments and actions that seem to demonstrate a lack of empathy are the result of a physical defect?
Mink, foxes, rabbits, and other fur-bearing animals are tortured and killed so that people like you can steal and wear these animals’ fur. We have sent you videotapes showing that animals on fur farms spend their lives confined to cramped, filthy wire cages with little to no shelter from the scorching sun and freezing rain. Animals are killed by the cheapest and crudest methods, including poisoning, neck-breaking, gassing, and genital electrocution. Workers bludgeon animals with metal rods and slam them against the ground, which breaks the animals’ bones but does not always kill or stun them. Sometimes animals are still conscious when they are skinned.
You don’t have to be a member of Mensa to understand that the suffering endured by animals in the fur industry is supported by your desire to deck yourself out in fur. The type of thinking that would allow a perhaps otherwise intelligent woman to deny the cruel consequences of her actions can be established through a brain scan. We urge you to undergo this test at our expense. With help, you might be able to develop empathy and curb your urge to scoff at various forms of misery and violence. Please contact me to make the necessary arrangements. I can be reached at 757-962-8302.
Very truly yours,
Ingrid E. Newkirk

117. "Men seem to only want to WIN in court...forget about the children. Poor kid. One day he'll know the truth."

That is like saying 'women only want a sperm doner and their $$$' as if only women are 'good parents'.

118. At first I also thought it was botox for cosmetic reasons and not for odor, it was very misleading....botox is used for odors that cannot be controlled or excessive sweating....SHE CARES and shes being treated as an over obcessed mother...too sad....a mother in Hollywood that actually cares, what a rarity....me thinks shes getting a bad rap and a bad judge...I only hope she fights for her rights as a mother...even if she doesn't prevail, the child will eventually know just hard she fought, whatever the outcome, the child will know she gave the best she was capable within the legal system.

120. For the people that say it's about being in Hollywood, what some people don't think about is that there are crazy people that have issues with their marriages or are bad parents EVERYWHERE! The difference is that we hear about the celebrities. Geez, people, that's just common sense. It has very little to do with being celebrities or living in Hollywood. Some people are simply bad and were going to go bad, no matter what.
