Celebrity Justice
CHP to Heather: The Facts are the Facts

Heather LocklearCHP sources in the office investigating the Heather Locklear case tell TMZ the motives of the woman who called 911 are irrelevant -- and we're now told there are other witnesses who will back up her story. The case is now in the hands of the prosecutors.

One CHP official told us that up until we posted our story last night, they were unaware that Jill Ishkanian -- the woman who called 911 -- had called a paparazzi agency immediately after she made the emergency call. But the official says it has no bearing on the case. He told us the case file already has been referred to the Santa Barbara County D.A. and it's being reviewed right now. He added the decision on whether to prosecute will be based on the results of drug testing -- due in around three weeks.

The official says since the arrest, the CHP has received calls from other people who tell the same basic story Ishkanian told. He says Ishkanian went to the cop shop on Saturday night and gave a written statement of what she saw and also told her story, which is on tape. He added, "There's no reason to believe the witness is less than credible."

46. I find it very interesting that this is the same reporter on Denise Richards' no talent ill fated reality show, you know the one where she calls her the c word, also this same woman also has ties to Heidi Fleiss, small world no?

Also, I am wondering if this is the same reporter who took the photos of the drunk and high Richie Sambora with Denise on the balcony, the ones that started everything. I heard that person got into trouble with the feds over computer hacking and was being investigated.

47. First off why do you pick such horrible pictures of Heather? She is a very sweet pretty lady and every picture you show makes her look crazy. Biased much? Heather had already pulled off and stopped her car by herself...like someone said...did anyone go up and ask her if she was all right? I think she may have had an adverse reaction to medication. Whatever it was it does sound as though that lady followed Heather around just waiting for something to happen. And as far as all the other witnesses...how many came forward before all this blew up in the press?I wish Heather would hire some PI's to follow that lady around and everytime she broke any law..jaywalking, littering, hell, even picking her nose...they would call the cops and the papparrazi!!

48. the bottom line is if heather had not been doing anything illegal in the first place- this lady could have called all she wanted and nothing would have come from it. if she got busted the fault lies entirely with heather and no one else. it doesnt matter that someone tattled. the fact that people are saying heather got a bum deal is comical. I'd love to see you all take that same side if God forbid she would have plowed into your six year old sister riding her bike. I'm glad this chick told - she may have saved someone's life. That is all we should see. If her reasons were malicious - so be it - she'll have to deal with karma but I personally won't condemn her for what she did.

49. Dont DRIVE UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT !Regardless if it was a set up -- The CHP tested Heather and she was under influence of something according to their tests. They wouldnt just arrest her because someone called! So if she was wasted she should be prosecuted period!

50. 36. I've seen this before. She is 47 years old and her looks are fading. She senses it is almost all over for her. She will dry up soon. Many women have these feelings at this age. The clock is ticking and she hates it.

You must be a crackhead like the name you picked. So what she's 47, her looks aren't fading, if anything she is getting more beautiful with age, Do you know how stupid you sound? There needs to be more people like Heather and less people like you.

52. So for most of your comments -its ok for Heather to drive while on drugs and its not right for this woman to call 911.
Heather needs to deal with her issues and get sober-she is not above the law.
Set up or not heather is a celebrity and should stay sober if she doesn't want this type of thing to happen.
Heather CHOSE her fate.

53. This is ridiculous! Any one of us so obviously inebriated would and should be turned in by anyone who spots us behind the wheel of a weapon vehicle! Heather, cute as she may have been at one time, deserves nothing but the same as you or I. Get her the hell off the road before she kills someone's loved one. For cripe sake people what in the hell is wrong with you!!!

-------------------------------------------------------------

If it turns out that Heather's drug test comes back "dirty" then I would agree that she needs to be prosecuted just like anyone else. Drinking/Drugging and driving is a terrible decision which kills -- usually the people in the OTHER car, not the drunk/drugged driver.

but we do NOT know the results of her drug test yet.. Just that her alcohol test came back negative. There hasn't been any evidence shown yet that has proven she was drugging and driving.

Let me flip the script.. Someone that you know (or do NOT know) who has could have a personal agenda (IE making a lot of money off of paparazzi photos of you getting busted)... calls in a complaint that you are driving erractically.. and you get arrested based on this sole person's biased complaint.. How would you feel? Even if the drug tests come back negative - there will still people who think you're guilty. It would damage your reputation. How would that make you feel?

55. Heather needs help. Depression is a serious illness. Anxiety is a illness too. Life can be difficult at times. Anyone can have a breakdown. She should receive support and psychiatric treatment. She needs people to make her feel as a good person. It is not very pleasant, when people criticize others that are going thru problems. No one knows what is happening tomorrow. I wish her health, peace, love, courage,......everything good. Gabrielle.
