Did 911 Caller Really Tip Off Paparazzi?

The woman who called 911 on Heather Locklear says she never gave the paparazzi a heads up, according to her lawyer.

Attorney Nick Tepper, who reps Jill Ishkanian, tells "Extra," "At no time did my client call the paparazzi."

So where on earth did TMZ get off saying that she immediately called a paparazzi agency after calling 911? Well, we'll tell you.

Marc Mann, owner of KM Press Group, told TMZ Sunday night that Ishkanian did indeed call him after she called 911. KM got the arrest photos, which TMZ obtained and published.

We asked Mann why Ishkanian would call him. He told us Ishkanian knew they had shot Locklear approximately an hour before the arrest. Mann says they stopped shooting Heather because nothing eventful was happening.

Launch photosThe KM photog was a half mile away from Locklear, shooting someone else, when Mann says he got the call from Ishkanian.

By the way, Mann was on the phone with Ishkanian Tuesday night, immediately before he told us she was the one who tipped him off.

17. The cops are typically the ones who tip off the paparazzi. You people think this woman knows the paps phone numbers? Grow up.

19. Also interesting in one photo Heather is pushing her car out of the way, I would venture that photo to be the one where her car is parked in the road, such speculation! I hope Heather sues her!

21. My mom was killed by a driver who was under the influence 10 years ago. This Jill woman did not force Locklear to use or drive. All she did was to have the courage to make an unpopular call that stopped a major tragedy from ruining the lives of many people. Locklear ought to be on her knees thanking Jill for not having to buy a casket for YOUR mom or someone else’s mom to lie in. You email attackers could be sitting in a funeral home looking over a loved one instead of spending your valuable time typing a message of hate to someone who had the character to protect others. Our police officers commend anyone who rids our highways of intoxicated killers. Oh its ok for locklear to kill cause she is a celebrity. You can trade your mom for locklear’s innocence, how’s that, I don’t have that luxury. Nor would I waste my time. Character counts. God Bless

23. Did Jill Iskanian and her boyfriend Vince Riello disable Heather's car? Is there a photo of heather pushing her car out of the way, and on to the side of the road?

Jill was staking Heather for an hour in the store, observing that Heather may be not feeling well from her medication. - Takes advantage of the situation then calls the cops to report Heather's car disabled on the side of the road with a 911 call for a phony drunk driving. - Then calls the paparazzi.

Sound too much to believe, however, if true, Jill Iskanian, and her boyfriend Vince need to be tried in a court of law.

25. How long might have the honorable Jill Iskanian have waited in order to get the many pictures posted here before heroically contacting the police? She wouldn't want them to arrive to early and ruin her shot. So, my thoughts are yeah if Heather Locklear was DUI then bust her for it, but I will not see someone as a hero who may have allowed Heather Locklear’s erratic driving to continue at the danger of others because she wanted a payday.

My guess is she finally contacted the police once Locklear pulled over because she realized she wasn't going to get the real money shot of a full on collision.

27. What a nasty thing to do. There is more to this than Jill is admitting to for the time being. I hope Heather sues her big time.

28. Gary They are not knocking her for calling the cops they are knocking her for calling the press. Sorry about your mother and I do agree that more people should call if they suspect and intoxicated driver. It does help to save lives, calling the press however does not,

29. So after reading most of the comments it seems maybe TMZ is doing most of the writing about this person they seem to know well. I don't care who called someone should call when someone is driving under the influence. This is just sick that people don't seem to care that she was driving under the influence, you should be showing how wrong it is what she did instead you all are protecting her WHY???????
