This woman you feel did a service most likely was waiting for a horrific crash. If it bleeds it leads!

Let's say someone you love is dying of a heart attack, who do you call first the tabloids or an ambulance?

She followed Heather Locklear for a very long time. Many photographs were taken and she stuck around to take even more once the police arrived. If the title of this post was about Heather Locklear and not about Jill Ishkanian you would have a right to feel disgusted.

34. So who cares about this paparazzi woman? She's irrelevant. Any pappo would have done the same thing, including TMZ's staff. Locklear was spotted in the market and the in the parking lot looking very loaded, this woman prob spotted her and watched her for a while to see what the hell was going on, and rightfully contacted 911. And it's a good thing that she did this, someone could have been hurt or killed by Locklear. Locklear has to own this, it's all her mess and she's finally been outed, too many years have gone by. Just wondering why TMZ so upset, maybe this woman trying to sell the pics elsewhere - or maybe Locklear's lawyer has TMZ scared.

Heather, clean up - you've been doing for this too long. You don't have me fooled. Seeing those photos of you where you can barely open your eyes and looking drugged. The embarrassment and pain for your daughter has gone on for too long.

36. Boy, the snitch's name went public. Imagine that!! I would be more concerned with the drunk drivers driving down my street than on streets far far away. Oh wait, it's a "star" so that makes it totally important right? I agree with #13 "NUKE EM & WE OWN EM" --Who cares?? I'm sure that if Jill Ishkanian goes on talk shows promoting her book "Why I blew the Whistle on Heather Locklear" some fools would buy it. 37. #28--Ashley. It's because its apparent to most of us that Jill and Mann knew Heather was drunk yet didn't call a cab, take her keys away or stop her from driving. They waited until she was driving to suddenly become "model citizens" and call the police and then, OMG, got exclusive pics of the arrest. Since when does a Snitch allow their name to go public? Get a clue. Of course we don't want people driving drunk but how would you feel if you knew Jill and Mann knew Heather was tanked and let her drive so they could sell pics of her arrest and get some press and she ran over and killed a kid before Jill and Mann got set up for the exclusive photo-shoot then called the police?

38. I cannot believe how lows people go to get money. It seems like Jill stalked Heather, made false statements, called the paps.
The police seemed to be little slime bags. One of them even took pictures of this horrible time for Heather on his cell phone.
Shame on all of them. Meds can do odd things to you and their effect may not become apparent until you are out and about.
It sounds like the police are trying to clean up their actions, which can lead to false reports and the whole 9 yards.
Heather deserves so much better. She is a classy and wonderful women who would have every right to sue, but probably will not. Bless you Heather, their are many pulling for you.

44. If she noticed that the 'celeb' was impaired while in the market, why as a 'concerned citizen' not do something then, and let the cops deal with it in the PARKING LOT? Obviously, the 'celeb' was impaired enough to not be using good judgement.
