I think Sam should talk to Kirstey Alley and they can start a "BEFORE AND AFTER" 12-step weight loss support group. Sam needs to bulk up a bit on muscle and blood volume (aerobics). Kirsty needs to lose the equivalent of a Sam. So it's a perfect match! They might want to call it "LOST AND FOUND" and each heavy person gets a skinny person to counterbalance them on the scale, starting at extremes. Over time, they meet in the middle of a teetertotter, and the skinny person who is now all muscle, picks up the heavy person who is now 150 lbs lighter and does a forward double gainer into a pool. COOL!
