Tila's GF: Case Dismissed

The girl who makes Tila Tequila a natural woman will not go to the mattress in her battery case.

Courtenay Semel paid a $250 bail to the court, which was forfeited, and the case was dismissed.

Court -- daughter of the guy who once ran Yahoo! -- had allegedly smacked up a security guard at Pure nightclub in Vegas after a night out. Google that!

By the way, OJ Simpson was Courtenay's diversion -- he went through the front door and she slinked in the back.
