A female photog has filed a complaint with the NYPD, claiming one of Britney Spears' bodyguards bruised her and tried to break her camera.
Carmen Valdes filed the report at the Midtown North precinct yesterday afternoon, claiming the gigantic bodyman "pushed and shoved" her and tried to break her Nikon camera. She also alleges Brit's Escalade almost hit her as it pulled away.
Cops tell us it's not the kind of case they investigate.

If you are a papparazzi and standing in a group of them you should expect to get pushed around. If you are dumb enough to stand close to someone's vehicle when they are obviously getting into it to leave then you should expect to possibly come in contact with it some how...including being ran over if you aren't smart enough to move.
