A female photog has filed a complaint with the NYPD, claiming one of Britney Spears' bodyguards bruised her and tried to break her camera.

Carmen Valdes filed the report at the Midtown North precinct yesterday afternoon, claiming the gigantic bodyman "pushed and shoved" her and tried to break her Nikon camera. She also alleges Brit's Escalade almost hit her as it pulled away.

Cops tell us it's not the kind of case they investigate.

17. Okay, Let me get this straight.....

Paps can stand outside of celebs homes,constantly flash cameras in their faces,and scratch their vehicles ....there is no law against that, but once pap gets to close and they supposably get hurt that can turn into a lawsuit...PLEASE, If someone gets in another persons space ( no matter who the person is, or what they do ) they are asking to get pushed out of the way. What the hell do people think a bodyguard is for these days...cleaning peoples butts? He was obviously doing his JOB. Why would you try to cross a bodyguard anyways? Someone is just asking for some money.

And the Escalade, c'mon I have seen where celebrities are trying to leave in a vehicle and the paps DO NOT get out of the way....thats kinda how you almost get hit by a vehicle Carmen dear.

No one can just let ppl live these days...someone is always trying to trash Britney now that she is climbing back up the ladder....I'm all for her and think she is doing a great job wth her recovery.

25. I've seen people just converge on her vehicle with flashbulbs going off, people screaming Briney this Britney that. I say when they surround a vehicle they know is moving or trying to move they deserve to get hit or get the hell out of the way!

29. i have to agree with everyone else, britney has rights too!! her bodyguard is there to make sure she doesn't get hurt. and i've seen papps get crazy violent to get that one shot of that celeb!! i think the judge (if this goes to court) should just dismiss it and if she continues to harrass britney with lawsuits, britney's lawyers should sue for extortion. you don't wanna get hit by a moving car, don't stand next to it while it's driving away!! also, is that her in that one shot where britney's holding something and there's a woman on the other window with her camera inside the car? so, she leaned inside britney's car to take a pic while they were trying to drive away? OH WELL BITCH!! you asked for it!!
