A female photog has filed a complaint with the NYPD, claiming one of Britney Spears' bodyguards bruised her and tried to break her camera.

Carmen Valdes filed the report at the Midtown North precinct yesterday afternoon, claiming the gigantic bodyman "pushed and shoved" her and tried to break her Nikon camera. She also alleges Brit's Escalade almost hit her as it pulled away.

Cops tell us it's not the kind of case they investigate.

33. Give me a break... pap's are up in celeb's faces, interfering with their lives and personal space.... they deserved to be shoved a few times if they're refusing to give the celeb their SPACE. Wasn't there a show to air where the pap's were going to be the ones hunted? What ever happened to that - it would be great to watch them scurm like the magets they are.

35. To me, this is just as funny as the OTHER idiot Pappo that got his foot crushed under her tire. LOL YOU ALL DESERVE IT....trashy-celeb-obssessed jack-asses. I LAUGHED when i heard about her running over that dude's foot LOL And i laughed about this idiot getting shoved the hell outta the way, and getting damned near hit. I'm sorry. But if you are going to SHOVE your way into a celebrity's life, expect them to shove back, even if it be through a bodyguard. That is what they are hired to do. SHOVE BACK.
