20. Good for her, she should be out and about.......she knows how this media crap works so she just has 2 choices let them run her into hiding or just get on with her life. I hope that the garbage with the cops is nothing, but if it's something I'm sure she'll get a handle on it fast. As far as the sleezebag, former US staffer I hope she gets picked up on a DUI, or drugs, or reckless driving,........those are pics I would love to see splashed all over the place

25. Heather Locklear's career is OVER! Maybe her boyfriend Jack Wagner can put in a good word for her and get her an audition on his soap Bold and Beautiful...if she's lucky.
She's a mess. She has a history for being f'd up no matter how much rehab she does.
Rehab. What she needs is JAIL! A cold cell with crappy food and big mama prison lezbos wanting to pimp her out.
Thats the only way she'll stop her cycle.
Rehab. A country club where the famous and rich vacation to avoid jail so they can get out rested to do more drugs and booze.
Time to treat these celebrities like the rest of us....put them in jail.
Bet Heather Locklear gets busted again by the end of the year.
