Old people are so cute, and Nancy Reagan was such a class act outside Jessica Nail Salon that we almost didn't notice when she nearly ate pavement. Almost.

I'm a life-long Democrat, but the respect you lacked in dealing with her is horrid. Not only is she an elderly woman (who anyone should be willing to help), but she is also the former First Lady... Hate her and her husband's politics, but if I was there, I would have helped her to her car.
Your photographer should be ashamed!

It's bad enough that your camera men struggle to ask the celebrities lame questions as they film but this is just terrible. Her husband is dead and your guy asks the question as if he were still around....no respect. As much as these paps try to make it seem like they are respecting Nancy it's all so pathetically thin and see through.
You should've just left her alone but better yet your camera men should just shoot the film...not their mouths...

37. I think she was wonderful being so patient with such an jerk - you don't call an elderly lady by her first name or pepper her with idiotic questions as she tries to negotiate stairs without anyone helping her - isn't Britney buying something at a gas station somewhere. Lay off Mrs. Reagan!!!

42. That is so disprespectful! How can you go up to the former first lady and call her by her first name???? Then to add to it, you bombarder her with stupid questions, (just before she almost fell it looked like she was walking faster as to get away from the paps) You guys are lucky she took the time to asnwer ur questions, since she could barley hear them, it just shows that she really is a classy person.

Why did her security guy not assist her down the steps and in to the car? this young lady is 90 something years old and showed no assistance to her what so ever and your crew at TMZ should be ashamed of themselves for one not showing her respect and calling her Ms. Reagan instead of Nancy and two not saying anything to her security guy about assisting her.
What if this was your Grandmother? Would you like for photographers and personnel to almost have her fall on the ground while you all just stand around and watch and take pics? No wonder this country is going to HELL in a hand basket. No one has respect for one another anymore.
