The NY Post hypothesizes that Joe Biden, the Democratic nominee for VP, had a little work done in the eye area. They talked to a top plastic surgeon in Manhattan who said he would bet his next paycheck on it, surmising he had some work done around the eyes.

Whaddaya think?

152. I said to my husband the night of the debate that it looked like he had Botox. Some people, after Botox, get that Hawk eyed look. His forehead did not move during the whole debate.

156. Maybe not surgery but if you watched the debate I would place a good bet on botox. His forhead never moved but when he was making a point the skin by his temples would crepe.

This fact-deprived, boring yahoo has battled nearly HALF HIS LIFE for those ridiculous plugs he had inserted in his skull by the corner store tattoo guy to fill out and become almost normal hair, and now I see he is LOSING HIS HAIR ANYWAY!
