The NY Post hypothesizes that Joe Biden, the Democratic nominee for VP, had a little work done in the eye area. They talked to a top plastic surgeon in Manhattan who said he would bet his next paycheck on it, surmising he had some work done around the eyes.

He absolutely had something done to his eyes. I was focusing on his eyes every time the camera would be on him. They were definitely tilted up at the corners. It could be some form of makeup or even glue. Who knows? At any rate, he messed up so many times, it's irrelevant. You need to know the facts, Senator Biden!

Not sure about Biden, but Sarah Palin was arrested outside of a Family Planning office today, held for 2 hours and given a warning after the sheriff charged her with impersonating a comedian impersonating an idiot who was deliberately impersonating a high ranking public office candidate.
Sarah is now required to do 20 hours of public service back in Alaska teaching children in grade 5 through 12 about the evils of predatory greed, the evils of predatory lying, the evils of predatory loaning and how the Republican ticket this year is not only a bridge to nowhere, it's already there and bankrupt of anything respectable and should therefore be used as a demonstration for children to show them how many adults are NOT to be respected and should be in jail.
After the talk, Palin will be required to illustrate to children how wild animals NEVER use predatory greed or lie to anyone, and are pound for pound adn thought for thought, more valuable to the planet Earth than yah-hoo hunters and drunken oil patch workers who leave broken beer bottles and erosion everywhere. Predators in the wild such as wolves and cougars kill only to eat, waste nothing and do not have an sociopathic "attitude" such as Alaskan VP candidates do. Palin will be required to illustrate that her hillbilly cult "end times" "talking in tongues" mentality is a group of psychopaths and needs to be replaced with responsible public school curriculums.

Looks like the same thing my dad had done. As you age, sometimes the skin above the eye droops enough it interferes with your vision, so, they will pull it up so it no longer screws up your vision.
