After getting a DUI last week, Heather Locklear did what anyone would do ... she went to Disneyland!

Heather hit up the happiest place on earth to attend Miley Cyrus' seven-weeks early Sweet 16 birthday party.

Disneyland fun fact: No alcohol is sold to the general public inside the park.
