Lets Get This Party Started
Palin Won't Lay Down for Tina Fey

Think Sarah Palin wants a chance to get back at Tina Fey for her amazing "SNL" takedowns? You betcha.

Palin is more than winking at the possibility of appearing on "Saturday Night LIve" to skewer the comedienne. The Chicago Sun-Times hears a "tweak" of Fey's American Express commercials is in the works, and may appear on a "Weekend Update" prime time special.

Some McCain staffers want Palin to leave well enough alone, joking about it on the campaign trail – others think a "return punch" is well warranted.

Ali Lohan -- Toxic to Music Man

There's a polite disavowal of any involvement with someone – and then there's what Johnny Wright did to Ali Lohan.

Johnny Wright -- the guy who helped make JT and the Jonases famous -- was rumored to be helping AliLo with her "music career" (our quotation marks). Well, he tells the New York Post, he "has never met," "has never been introduced" and "has never had any intention of speaking" with Ali about her music.

Dina said she'd be interested in a meeting with Wright. Guess that's not happening.

Miley's Family Needs New Material

Miley Cyrus had her big not-quite-16th birthday party yesterday, and sounds like she wasn't going to let a lil' thing called midnight get in her way.

People reports the Mousekestar was still "raring to go" around midnight, saying it had been a "long night" but she was still ready "to party and ride some rides." Just like most not-quite-16-year-olds, the party started with pals like Tyra Banks, David Archuleta and Demi Lovato walking down a red carpet.

And, yes, she and her dad played "Achy Breaky Heart."

16. Tina Fey once had "Class" - so did SNL ..... enough is enough!!! You've not only lost another viewer - but all your sponsors have lost another customer. If YOUR candidate is elected in a few years you'll all be saying "enough is enough".

17. Isn't it funny how loud-mouth, trailer queen Dina Lohan has been laying low ever since her older train wreck daughter came out as a lesbian?? Dina should give up the "manager" routine, get herself a hairnet and name tag and go sling hashbrowns at Waffle House where she belongs. And Ali needs to go back to school where she belongs.

18. How much can Palin skewer Tina Fey on SNL - they're not going to make one of their own look that bad, if at all.

20. The winking at the debate was a insult to me! Do all you women out there think she was winking at you? I can't believe this woman! She is an outrage to to all the Hillary Clinton supporters who would vote for a woman with an education, a brain, and experience!

And here we go again with the fear card, when they can't win on the issues, it's terror, terror, terror. Last time conveniently, ole Osama came out right before the election and scared you. The question is, will you buy into it again? What you really should be scared about right now is the ECONOMY, of which John McCain has nothing to offer you. His Healthcare plan is scary. What if you can't wait a year for his dreaded tax credit, what if you don't file taxes, what if you don't qualify?

21. I think Sarah Palin is a joke! Tina Fey has got her personality down to a tee. She has nothing to offer this country but a good laugh! Keep up the good work Sarah, SNL ratings will go through the roof this season!

24. AWESOME!!! I'd love to see Palin on SNL! Finally lend some credibility to the dead show!! How about Palin doing a Tina Fey impersonation? Nah... don't think it would work as well. Palin's actually got material to write about.

And why does't Nailin' Paylin add Yo' Mama as a character? Once you go black, you never go back! Paylin nailin' yo mama? That should be good as well.

26. Senator Obama and Governor Palin are essentially the same person.

Yet the media wants to skewer Palin for her redundancy with the term "maverick." Where in the crickey is a lambasting of Obama for his cheesy "Yes We Can" mantra that is not only recycled (see Deval Patrick), but also lame.

I get so frustrated trying to decipher Obama's answers to questions that I would prefer some subtitles. Obama talks in serious loops. Has Obama ever given us any specifics besides that hopey changey crap? I didn't think so.

27. I think Palin imitating Tina Fey would be apropos and funny.

Also, just wondering where the funny "Obama" skits are? Where is he in church with Rev. Wright chanting
God damn America? Or that whole 20 year relationship?
Where is the Michelle Obama skit about her never being proud to be an American? Could be funny. Come on SNL!!!
