To me it looked like Katie couldn't handle her in the store, so she brought her back out for someone else to watch her. I wish I had someone to dump my kids off with when things got rough!! Geez!! How many stores do you need to shop in everyday. I feel sorry for the kid, she needs to be in daycare playing with other kids!!

They never let the poor child walk because they are always hounded by paparrazzi. Would you let your young child loose amidst a media swarm?? And the kid is probably crying because of all the people and flashbulbs going off. I mean, come on. The paps can be scary to an adult. Imagine how it looks to a young child? I think the paps need to back off a bit when these celebrities have their young children with them.
