18. Just because Christy is a well known personality doesn't mean she is a perfect wife. I'm not condoning what he did but sometimes people need extra attention from what they are getting at home and they stray. I am an elderly female and have never cheated nor been cheated on but I can see how this could happen. Especially in a high-profile marriage where they are apart so much of the time. We didn't live in their household so we don't know the full story. Please give both of them the benefit of the doubt.

23. Peter Cook is a two timing cad who had low self esteem and wanted more, more, more. Now he has stooped low enough to try the centuries old, "it was her fault" blame. Put it this way, if Christie had not out, he would still be committing adultery. It was his choice, and he should take responsibility for his own behavior. How can another person, who did not even know about your cheating be possibly even remotely responsilbe. While she was still married to Billy Joel (#2) - she was having an affair with the guy she was heli-skiing with in CO when they crashed. Oops! Caught in the act! And she got pregnant! Then she had the GALL to come out VERY PUBLICLY in the press and BASH Billy Joel for being unfaithful to her - mocking him for his song "Honesty." Is she effing kidding? She's having somebody else's baby while still married to Billy Joel and she's trashing him in the media?! Gee - must have been nice for little Alexa.

Then she marries the CO guy (#3) - and then VERY PUBLICLY accuses him of fraud - to divorce him and deny him rights to see their child!

Now she has VERY PUBLICLY thrashed husband #4 for his behavior (not sayin' he's not an a@s.

29. Come on - he is a douchebag who has absolutely no business sharing with the world the intimate details of his marriage. He is a pig. Cheating with a teenagesris wrong, but airing prvate issues to the public is demeaning to Christie and, I'm sure, very humiliating to his young children. NY schools are competitive, and kids follow the local gossip closely. I feel so badly for Sailor and Jack.
