Most people try to hide when they're getting plastic surgery -- Shauna Sand is not most people.

Instead of sneaking out the back, the Lucite Goddess left Dr. Frank Ryan's office in Bev Hills out the front door -- even showing off an ice pack on her face with the dude's name on it!

She was there for a consultation, and although he only usually does her skin care and "injectables," his next special project is her drooping rack. With all that work, Shauna's lucky she gets a "friends and family discount" from the doc.

18. The saddest aspect of her complete disregard for how bad she looks is by the time she wakes up to that fact, it will be too late to repair the damage already done. We have seen many examples on the big and little screens of this. Also all the twits that have had their lips done and look like their lips are smeared all over their faces.

I for one am not sour grapes with lovely Shauna, I'm a truckload of fresh grapes, strawberries, mangoes, peaches, apricots and blueberries presented on little floating boats with insulated chillers on them, in a large natural pool of fresh water at perfect relaxing temperature as Shauna mellows and nibbles while she watches the morning slowly rise over the ocean, dolphins play in the early hours and the beach waves are as quiet as can be.

Oops, if she lives on the west coast, that would be the sunset in the west. My mistake. BUT THE LITTLE FRESH FRUIT BOATS ARE STILL THE REAL DEAL. And the dolphins, and especially the quiet and morning.

Aldomovar should make a movie about love as affected by the ocean, and Shauna and oh, let me guess, Penelope Cruise play two beauties on opposite sides of the world affected by the same ocean effects, little fresh fruit boats and how men learn about love from these two. It's a victorious comedy drama (opposite of a tragedy comedy drama) and much swimming and fresh food is involved. Good for your health! Wins the Cannes for "Best Nutritional Drama"!
