Turns out Hef's 19-year-old handpicked twin successors to the throne of Holly, Bridget and Kendra come with a checkered past. Karissa (left) and Kristina Shannon (right) -- who have recently moved into the Playboy Mansion -- were both busted by St. Petersburg, Fla. police for felony aggravated battery back in January. They both received probation and were ordered to pay restitution to the two victims.

Karissa also has a misdemeanor battery charge on her record from 2007. Atta girl!

Playboy had no comment.

UPDATE 6:40 PM PT: We just talked to a relative of one of the victims and here's what they tell us went down. The twins went out after work with one of their Wing House co-workers, Erica Civello, to a house party. Kristina allegedly started arguing with Erica, and Karissa came up behind her and hit Erica over the head with a bottle of beer and they both "jumped her." Erica suffered a concussion.

What is up with Hefner? How could he allow his mansion to go from the ultimate cool place to hangout to a hangout for nineteen year old convicted felons and ugly chicks at that too.
Ever since the reality show appeared, the friending of low class women and the constant party
atmosphere came on, Hef and the Playboy brand has been on the decline. Sadly he let the
whole thing slip out of his control. This and I hope I am wrong seems to be the beginning of the
end for Playboy.

86. I love the Girls Next Door but I will not watch if this is what comes after Bridget, Kendra & Holly. They look like some nasty skanks even with all the hair & makeup, these pics are just showing their trailer park roots. 89. Well Holly said she was replaced with twins on chelsey lately last night....I guess this is what she was talking about!!! She has abviously got everything she needed from the place and has moved on!! Funny how she always acted so settled down and was soooo in love with Hef and now she is acting more like a single girl her own age!! She has obviously been seeing Chris Angel as she didn't really deny it when chelsey ask her about it last night. They are all hookers...I mean really if hef had no money who the hell would look at him twice let alone sleep with him except maybe a women his own age??? Ahhh no one!!!

90. Everybody has it wrong about Hef and these girls. He is NOT having sex with them. He has the twins around so he can watch them have sex with each other. Hef has had a major twincest fantasy thing going on for many years. It would be cheaper to buy a bunch of mirrors and just pretend, but I guess you can have the real thing if you have the bling.
