Nancy Benoit Nude Pix Not Illegal, Just Distasteful

Sometimes even when you win, everybody loses.

Hustler printed 25-year-old nude pictures of Nancy Benoit in its March 2008 issue, ten months after she was killed by her husband, wrestler Chris Benoit. Her family had sued the mag, claiming it was a violation of privacy.

But yesterday, a federal judge tossed the case, saying the photog and the mag had the right to publish the pictures -- even if the pics were "offensive and distasteful."

Nancy's family is still considering filing a wrongful death suit against the WWE.

16. Yeah, yeah, yeah, whine all you want about how tacky Larry Flynt is for publishing those pix but he'd never of had them if the person in the pix wasn't such an egomaniacal ho in her youth. It was her choice to pose nude; nobody forced her. Learn a lesson from all this, kiddies. And stop blaming other people for the idiotic tendencies of others.

17. The photos were published months ago and we are only now being offered a chance to be after-the-fact outraged by this? I had no idea these were published, so yes, I am after-the-fact outraged. I guess.

22. If "she" was tacky enough to pose for the pics back then she still did it then her friends and family should be whining about "her" doing it in the first place! You do something like posing for hustler or anyone else and then cry when they publish it then "they" are morons. Do not do it in the first place and then no one can be an idiot and cry about it later on, why do it if you not want it published, They are not held at gunpoint; just offered a few dollars and they jump all over themselves to do anything then "they" are upset and call them villians for publishing what "they" did in the first place and did not find it so repulsive then that "they" could not do it! grow up and take responsibility for your actions people instead of blaming everyone else because you are an idiot!
