Gerard Butler -- Tee'd Off After Beatdown Q's

16. #6 & #11, are a couple of stupid inconsiderate jackasses. Where does it say in an actor's contract that they aren't allowed to have a life. No one else is forced to cower inside their houses in fear of some jackass chasing them with a camera and mic demanding their attention and endangering other people. So they live in L.A. How many other people live there? Why are the paps allowed to insult, abuse and endanger other people in the practice of their profession. No one else is unless you count professional athletes but trash-talking is really a different thing altogether.
Yes, I come on this site to read about celebrity gossip but this isn't gossip. I'm not a lawyer but this seems to me to be a case of assault by the pap against Gerard Butler (assault does not have to include physical contact) and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, to wit, a car.
Gerard Butler is only guilt of acting in the defense of himself and more particularly in the defense of others. If the pap's case ever comes up in court that could easily be Gerard's defense. If the LA legal system works the way it should, the case shouldn't even get that far.

17. What TMZ is doing is stalking, pure and simple. It is common sense to ask someones permission to photograph them, instead of hunting them like prey.
And I love the question that no one has answered---do you mean Jack Nicholson, or the golfer, Jack Nicklaus?
