Britney's Sight Is 20/20

Britney Spears' new video "Womanizer" debuted last night in what better place but ABC's "20/20." They must have run out stories about politics and the economy.

It's actually quite fitting. It's not like MTV plays music videos anymore.

20. Yikes. She looks great in that video, but her thing has always been stuff that you could jam to in the car or get down to at a club, that sample song seems a little too fast paced and repetitive for either. I mean....can you imagine her and her backup dancers performing that song live? They'd run around stage looking like they just had 13 redbulls and an intervenous bag of sugar injected into their arms. (haha). I hope the rest of her "comeback album" is a little bit better music wise. or that they at least remix that one a little! :-)

Mental illness can not be cured, but it can be treated. Mental illness is no different than high blood pressure or diabetes, it needs to be treated with medications and therapy. People who are engaged and participating in their treatment have control of their mental illness, it does not control them. Personally, I believe that Britney is a great example of that. I think that you should probabally educate yourself before making off the cuff, immature, and uneducated comments about a condition that you obviously know nothing about!

24. its not my style of music, but i liked the way she looked in that short black wig, pearls, and the office worker outfit. someone mentioned the song seems too fast and repetitive... i really don't know a thing about new music or videos, but i'd agree.

25. When is the video going to be on sale? Any word on her concert tour?

26. I do not like the new song, nor do I like the video. I really wish well for Britney, and I hope things work out for her, but this song is NOT like the old Britney back in the late 90s. And I agree with a previous poster, she does NOT have the dance moves at all like she used to. All she does is pose naked in her videos now which any untalented moron can do.

Sorry, but she gets a big "thumbs down" in my review.

27. Again? The same repetitive-type bs she always has... And, really?? You have to be naked in a video? Maybe because the music sucks... At least the viewers get SOMETHING out of it... Please, just give up on music, and focus on something you're good at... *k? Thanks.

29. Oh well, I guess I hit some nerves with my comment...I made the mental illness comment because I do know a lot about it. I have a very dear close person with the same disease and it is just way too difficult and complicated. They don't even have the right medications for it and you have to be trying different ones every year. I hope they do find a real cure! I do! In the meantime, I do feel even more difficult for someone like Brit to handle her disease considering she is in the spotlight all the time. I still see her dead eyes. And for the person (retard or ignorant) that called me jealous, give me a break! Sanity cannot be bought with a million dollars! I treasure my health (mental health included) more than anything. I just feel bad for her because she is in a very difficult position (people expect too much and she does struggle everyday with her disease). Anyway, my comment does not have any insults and I have a point ok? If you are going to respond with ignorance or retard comments, then it will be your problem :)

Um, it isn't the 90s anymore. Are you still wearing the same clothes and hairstyle? Things do change over the years ... including music. Also, were you as agile as you were in the 90s?

IMO, the video and song are awesome.
