19. Hey, I think he probably was looking for attention. She's been married 4 times! Something is seriously wrong with her. Maybe she should get some counseling. She obviously likes having children but not to keen on just having sex. That's my opinion anyway.

Note to Christie: Get some help before you get involved with anyone else. You definitely need it.

20. 7. He actually wanted everyone to feel sorry for him as if he was some sort of a "victim." it shows that he could not honor his committment in a marriage. He is more than likely a good Father and loves his children. He is only sorrry he got caught. otherwise he would still be doing what he was doing. It was very easy for him to just go out and find someone new. I don't see Christie B doing that-----

Christie had no reason to air that nonsense in public. He was willing to give her a divorce but just wanted to see his chldren. I think she is the one with the real problems, not him. I think she did more damage to those kids than he ever would viewing porn and messing around. Christie and Denise Richards are not good mothers, in fact they are terrible adults as well. I use the word 'adult' loosely. They make me sick, both of them.

The comments Mr. Cook has made here sound exactly like what we might expect from a totally self-absorbed narcissist - feeling like he wasn't getting enough attention in his marriage.His affair with the teenager was much like the affair he is now trying to have with all of us, through his interview with Barbara Walters. So, with millions of viewers now drawn into his hunger for attention, just how much would be enough?Since his craving obviously won't allow him to "keep it private", he should probably follow VeronicaDB's advice above, and get help - though for him, there just may not be enough help to be had. I'm afraid he might consume his therapist - just tryiing to get some attention...

23. Why does everyone blame him for the problems...it is not he that has been married FOUR times. To me, Christie is proven to be a bad marriage partner. In as much as i do not condone cheaters, i think this guy needs to be given some break. Just because Christie is pretty looking doesn't make her a good mother. The Nanny confirmed how wonderful the guy was to the children. All Christie does is going from one marriage to the other just like a tissue without trying to make it work. Girl, you need some conselling about being not only a good partner but also a good mother that will be there in person for your kids not leaving them for the Nanny all the time and going out looking like a picture perfect person. Face the fact, you ain't no twenty something lady again and ain't gonna happen irrespective of how you try to keep yourself looking good. GROW UP AND STOP MAKING THIS POOR GUY'S MISERABLE. MOMMY DEAREST. I can't stand all these women using the media against their ex-husband without thinking about the consequences for their children. IF SHE LOVED THE CHILDREN DEARLY AND DIDN'T WANT THEM TO SEE THEIR FATHER'S INTERVIEW WITH 20/20, SHE SHOULD HAVE SETTLED WITH THEIR FATHER WITHOUT TAKING HIM TO COURT AND MAKING HIS LIFE MISERABLE. 24. Geez! Why can't he just be a man and admit that none of this had to do with a marriage not working. This guy hired the teen girl, not because she was some great worker, but when he saw her at the mall he saw a nubile girl who was just ripe enough and naive enough to to ensure him that he'd get into her panties. Compared to her, his wife was looking like someones great-grandmother, model or not. He's a punk..............albeit a luck punk.

25. I think she was used to everything being ALL ABOUT HER. He was happy with it - but wanted some appreciation. I hate to say - but she was probably a 'diva' duing the marriage - and he was her puppet. And I'm sure he didn't MIND being a puppet to a beautiful woman - but then when it turns into more of a "brother/sister" type of thing and what YOU do is disregarded, it can stink.
She tried to give him nothing with the divorce and bribed him that if he didn't go along - she would DISCLOSE everything - I thought it was BRAVE of him to say - go ahead - but I want to see my kids. He knew life was over as he knew it - and she wanted to PUNISH him. She did - look at the comments on this board. The fact that she tried to put out a "restraining" order against him before the 20/20 interview attests that she wants the upper hand. She has problems. He does, too. . .but honestly? I think she's worse. . .

28. As a man this piece of sh*t disgusts me......he isn't worthy of even being recognized as a member of the human race! Maybe it's me but when did airing your nastiest dirty laundry on national television become O.K.? I feel for the kids. I mean can you imagine the schoolyard buzz they'll face come Monday morning? Wouldn't a nice quiet PRIVATE talk with his kids have accomplished the same goal? And let's not forget BaBwa WaWa! When did she start picking up and airing the National Enquirer's rejects? But Peter (ne:"d*ckhead) deserves to suffer the most painful, excrutiating humioliation possible........like being a guest on the "View!" After that he deserves a prison sentence, cuz his kind of stupidity is a crime. He could then share a prison cell with O.J. Simpson and they could both cover each other's back during showertime.
