For those of you sick of hearing about Disney teen stars buying multi-million dollar homes during a major financial crisis -- just stop reading.
Vanessa Hudgens, 19, just sang and danced her way into a $2.75 million home in Studio City, CA. Zac Efron can now visit Hudgens unchaperoned in her six bedroom, 6.5 bath, 5,200 sq. ft. home -- which includes a pool, spa and a "barbeque island," according to the L.A. Times.
Also on part of Vanessa's new digs -- a wine cellar -- which, of course, she won't use till she turns 21. Because that would be illegal.

Didn't even get a decent front yard for her 2.75 mil. But hey, it's got a wine cellar, and that's what counts.
There are nice places to live in the US where that kind of dough would buy a five-acre estate you would not frickin' believe. Would make that crib look sick by comparison.
*I know*, because I live in one of those places, and ONE mil would buy digs that would make that place look like a guard shack, and the property would have lots of professional landscaping, unlike that mess.

I don't mind teens buying there owns homes, it would be hypocriticial of me. I bought my first home 3 years ago at 19 years old, cost me only 850,000, so just a tiny bit over average. But the difference between me and her is the fact that I have a real job, and the fact that I didn't get a house with enough washrooms and bedrooms for a family. I think it's great to get a house in a nice area, but why with so many bedrooms, bathrooms, and a wine celar? And also what is the legal age to buy alcohol in your country? Cause by 19 most people can buy alcohol in most counties. And what about her front yard? Where is she gonna have fun with no front yard? I would hope she payed cash for this, cause she isn't gonna have much of an income in a few years

a teenager that can afford to buy any home usually has money from mommy and daddy. but unfortunately, vanessa hudgens will probably lose that house within a few years. i mean we've already seen her naked, so she doesn't have any "i'm desperate" moves left that could save her.

Exactly what constitutes a "Real Job." She has a "real job". You sound bitter and jealous. She gets paid well for a JOB that she she enjoys doing.
