It is like he said it is an occupational hazard playing Wolverine because everytime he plays him he has to start working out at least 6 months before he starts shooting and he works out hard like a beast and he also on stricked diet and workout regime. That's how he can get a body like has and he also keeps it up.
And maybe if you geniuses will keep up your workout like he does and eat right like he does maybe just maybe you can have body like his too.
