Reunited And it Feels So Good

We've been bummed since John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston called it quits. But there's renewed hope.

We've confirmed they did indeed hang out this weekend in NYC. They chowed down at Il Mulino -- best Italian restaurant in the Big Apple. And that's not their only contact over the last few days.

Turns out their breakup was not a clean break after all. We now know they stayed in touch after they split. As for the National Enquirer report they were kissing at LAX after a flight from NYC... we can't confirm it.

One thing we did get. We're told it's not necessarily black and white -- that they may be more than not involved but less than involved. The middle ground is more fun anyway.

48. I hope she's dating him because just to have fun because he's definitely not husband material. I think it's funny how the press gets it so wrong when it comes to her relationship. I hope someday she meets someone whose good to her & dependable. Not another Pitt.

49. They both just need to be in the spotlight. Him, just because anything to have his picture or name on a blog, and her, where do i start. She must be one prude, tight ass, whiney bitch to hang around with. Probably doesnt even like sex. Maybe she is a closet lesbian and just has not realized it. Men don't seem to stay around to long, Jen, take a look at Lindsey since she met Sam (haha). After losing someone like Brad, it would be hard for any woman to find anything else. I don't know how she got Brad for as long as she did.

53. John got tired of not being in the tabs. I knew it would not last. John missed the paps following him. Jen is a pathetic clown. When they break up she will get her friends to start a new batch of lies about him cheating on her. I knew thw ho would surface with a man while Brad and Angie are in the news. 57. people create fantasy worlds as an inspiration to write...why do people like to play mind games? because others allow them to? because they lost any sort of real sense of friendship or attraction? attraction is what drives alot of people. feeling able to connect with someone else IS a great feeling! releasing endorphins is what drives people to pursue other things, otherwise life seems to glaze over and people, may or may not, lose sense of what life and ambition is about.

60. I dont agree with you. Jen is NOT a strong and independent woman. As seen from the divorce, she acted she's the only one who had gone thru this. Did she ever say she take accountability for the failure of her marriage? No !! Instead, she allowed her friends to do her dirty work, badmouthing her ex and their children as is seen in the VF interview.

Jen impressed me as needy. It seems she cant function without the whole support system around her. She herself said she always call her girlfriends even on the tiniest detail. Her hanging around the Arquette is a joke. I understand it's good to have friends. But she is EXCESSIVE, to the point that David Arquette called her his 2nd wife. Look at Sheryl Crow who's a single mom. Did you see her hanging around people like a 3rd wheeler?

I could understand why she's not talking to her mom. But what about her father, her cousin, her 1/2 brother, her stepbrother? Have you seen any picture of them on Thanksgiving, New Year etc? Does she have any family ties at all? or does she understand what's meant by family?

Oh, another thing, Jen co-direct a 10 minute movie. She co-host a BBQ with Courtney. She did a 2 day Broadway. J Gardner did 2 weeks on Broadway. Julia Roberts did 1 month. You call Jen strong? Give me a break !!!
The only thing I agree with you is Jen is rich. But when much is given, much is expected. I never seen her contribute a meaningful amount to charity. I know her fans have been defending her saying she did it quietly. Now, use common sense, anytime a celebrity donates, the non profit organization announced it to the press, because it’s like having a celebrity speaks for you to set an example. Think Danzel Washington, he recently donated 1M to some speech team. Julia Roberts, Rosie both donated 1M to Katrina. Depp also donated 2M to some hospital. But NOTHING was ever mentioned for Jen, meaning she donated so LITTLE that it would be embarrassing to even mention it.. Another thing, Jen did give $2300 to Obama. It was all reported by the press. So dont tell me she did charity quietly.
