The medicated mother of two -- along with her mother -- hit the Chinois Beaute Bar in Studio City yesterday for an afternoon manicure. Cops appeared, which is now S.O.P.
Brit's bra strap made an appearance too.

Great, so when you're assaulted or robbed or raped or murdered in L.A., and the cops do their usual whine about how they''re too busy and don't have enough cops and THAT's why they don't help, think of never ending scenes like this and others where the cops in L.A. are busy with urgent duties like keeping Britney's manicure safe.
Taxpayers, do not agree to funding any more cops until the cops use their current resources responsibly.
