60. I'm betting that she's getting her pits waxed soon. You have to let it grow a few days before you can get them waxed, so the wax actually has something on which to adhere and yank out. Girls have to let their leg and girly-bits hair grow before leg and bikini waxes too... not exactly something that's news-worthy.
