33. well, in most custody cases, the kids are not allowed outta state with either parent unless you get permission, so I dont see how she can see her kids on a regular basis if the kids are with their dad who has full custody. and just because you are building a home in another state, and you reside in calif,, or spent any time in calif, in fact I think its 30 days of residing in Ca, you are required to obtain a DL. Nice try but no CIGAR! Who cares where she goes!
