26. actually..miley is still 15....her real birthday isnt until november 23rd...they just had a huge party for her in disneyland but she still is 16...and since he's legal...well thats statutory rape...no matter what anyone says...shes not legal and he is.....personally...i think miley needs to calm down..she keeps talking about how she wants to be seen as a sex symbol...shes 15 for crying out loud...what does she expect...shes a damn disney star..and she will always be seen as one...period

30. It's normal at 15 or so to start trying to be more sexy and sexual-seeming than you actually are. Most 15 year old girls go through the wear your pants tight, get a push up bra, put on a lot of lip gloss stage. It's when they're trying to figure out suddenly having this woman's body while still being a child. It's the PARENTS who should be faulted, not the teen. The parents should be teaching her how to behave in public, not pimping her out to a 20 year old pedophile.
