It's Like Looking in a Mirror ...

Tina, meet Sarah. Sarah, this is Tina.

Here's what we know about Sarah Palin's scheduled appearance on "Saturday Night Live" tomorrow night. The wannabe VP will appear aside her doppelgänger, Tina Fey, in a sketch -- but so far, it hasn't been written yet.

Although people are speculating host Josh Brolin would appear with Palin as George W. Bush, as of now....no W-themed sketch planned.

Are we excited to see Sarah and Tina together? You ... oh, nevermind.

35. Yet another boner move by Palin. Going on this show is really bad idea. Oh well, she won't be around much longer. Might as well laugh at her now.

36. 14. ta - I would agree with you if Obama had only been in the Senate 143 consecutive days, but the fact that they were only in session 143 total days does not hold water. The reason being that just because they were not in session, debating and arguing does not mean that he was not doing his job as a Senator the rest of the time. He was still fielding calls, meetings, e-mails, etc. with his constituates as well as all the other government officials that are needed for him to make decisions and vote during those 143 days. It's not like he was sitting on the couch watching DVR and eating potato chips (or arugula salad..lol) during the difference of the time, he was doing actual work which would equal governmental leadership experience.

A prime example would be that just because the president isn't addressing the nation at the moment doesn't mean he is not doing his job as president at any given time. Of course, vacation time does not count, although apparently you need lots of experience at your vaca spot in order to be president (based on Bush's history).

Doing his DUTIES, you mean voting PRESENT and being a Communtiy Leader. Come on you can come up with a better argument. He speaks WELL. You must LISTEN WELL.

37. "Guys and Gals" (insert SP whiney voice here) - Why oh why does Tina Fey want to appear on stage with this woman. She said she would "leave earth" if SP wins VP.
I know it's for ratings and both the McCain Camp and SNL are using each other, but YUCK! I'd rather watch paint dry.

You mean like Biden's BONER statement about Joe being a four letter word. OBAMA AND BIDEN ARE JACKASSES..

Posted at 3:56PM on Oct 17th 2008 by Hey

39. Palin has given about 1/100 of the interviews Biden has for obvious reasons (she's an idiot), but she still manages to easily out-gaffe him.

40. Joe Biden puts his ass in his mouth everytime he does an interview, he's an idiot..

Sounds like you sniffed alittle of that paint too....

42. What? I'm trying to keep up with this post, but there seems to be quite a few blathering idiots. Case # 1, is the chick (obviously) who believes that Sarah should only be a MOM solely, for real? A woman has no right to be a VP, and have a family at the same time..... EH? /Whatever/..... Then we have someone speaking of SP's vagina... wow, how intelligent of an opinion that one was,, must have taken you awhile to think of that... and of course, we have someone blathering on and on about Hugo Chavez, but not making any sense. Note to selves people... GET A FREAKIN' BLOG, okay? This is not the forum to post your demented and phone-book sized commentaries on the election. The story, just as a reminder, is about Sarah Palin possibly appearing on SNL along side Tina Fey. If you want to go on and on, show up at the voting booths in 19 days and then shut the hell up... Sheesh.... you're giving me a migraine with your stupidity.

43. No he does not. Joe Biden is quite intelligent. He is known for sometimes saying bizarre or inappropriate things, but that actually occurs rarely when considered against all the camera time he gets. Most assume it is because Biden doesn't slow down and consider or process things, but rather jumps in too quickly. Sarah Palin was trotted out for a couple of unscripted interviews, immediately got exposed as uninformed and unprepared and now is not allowed to talk to the media for fear of further damaging McCain's dwindling chances.

44. Hey - I was making the point that he has more than 143 days of experience.

I'm not going to get into a rabid, capitalized (rude, by the way), insinuation of idiocracy debate with you. I refuse to get into a debate with you because I don't feel like listening to someone who assumes that I don't think for myself and just listen to the crap that candidates spout.

People should be more respectful of each other on this site. It's really easy to be awful to someone when you don't have to say it to their face. Stick to the issues and stay away from attacking my character or ability to think. Trust me, anyone who knows me, regardless of whether or not they agree with my political views will assure you that you don't have a leg to stand on.

45. 38 Hey.... yes, those two are jackasses. They all are. What's your point?
