40. It's beyond my comprehension why the kid who is in a coma doesn't take any heat for CHOOSING to get in the car KNOWINGLY to drag race without a seatbelt. It's not like Nick took him hostage and then drove fast and got in the accident. Nick is to blame for the crash but the passenger was a participant - not a victim. He participated in an unsafe practice and is now paying dearly for it. Don't get me wrong, my heart goes out to him in his family and it's a very sad state of affairs. But to lay all the blame on Nick isn't fair.
