54. I am amazed at how trim and how well dressed she is. None of those haggish man-suits that lots of women politicians wear. Of course, if a woman isn't ugly or humiliated by her husband. she isn't seen as subservient enough to be president so she can defer to all the men who run Washington. I hope Palin never cuts and poisons her face like Pelosi does. I hope she wins. I'm tired of women always being last on the totem pole of politics. Why don't we have other political parties involved in election debates?
Abortions of convenience should be banned.
Gun control is bad. Having said that, there are some people who should be prevented from owning guns.
Death Penalty should be un-appealable; same day service.
Our prisons are too nice.
Government should be as large/small as a competent(non-extremist) assesment indicates.
I agree with the person on this site who said that if you are working you should have access to healthcare.
All Children should have access to healthcare.
Proliferation of Nuclear weapons should be grounds for INTERNATIONAL strike.
All Muslims are not extremists.
All Christians are not extremists.
All Republicans are not extremists.
All Democrats are not extremists.
Is there an extremist middle political ground? If so I'm probably there.

So if Obama wins it's at most 4 years. How come those of you on the far right dont even want to give him a chance? Hell, after Bush ANYONE would make a good President! I am still baffled how we could have TWICE elected a man who is sooooo stupid and is every bit as much a puppet as Palin will be when McCain dies in office. One of the requirements for Presidency should be an IQ over 120, and a clear background understanding of the separation of Church and State. Bush clearly would not have been eligible, and Palin is too rooted in religion. This post is probably preaching to the deaf because any of the right/left extremists on this site can't see, hear, or talk rationally. I believe Bush is an "Evildoer" of the worst kind (using his own word). A lot of Republican elite are critical of Palin as CLEARLY UNFIT to assume the Presidency should McCain die.

Obama's campaign is more now about actions. I do believe right now that his campaign is much more positive than McCain's. I mean look at the freaks that are endorsing McCain! All McCain can talk about is an outdated association with a long-ago hippie terrorist who is now involved in the same charitable work as Obama. The Powell endorsement is a great boost for him. Let's see if McCain goes after Powell's credentials.

59. I'm 45 year old, employ 30 people and already have a hard time making payroll. If Obama is elected he will raise my companies taxes, and I will for sure lay off 1-2 people. Not to mention mandatory healthcare! Multiply that times 5.5 million (census for firms that had paid employees). 10 million more unemployed in the US= depression of 2009. So no matter what you narrow minded dweebs think about Black, cute, SNL, terrorist associations... Vote dem this time and taxes go up and jobs go away!

Mr. Obama does not dispute he is raising taxes- he admits to wanting to re-distribute wealth. He has bad judgement as verified by past associations.
