Pictures don't lie. Or is video the smoking (hot) gun? Both are shots of SAG member Tara Reid. One is either really unfair or ridiculously flattering.

I don't think either was altered. You can tell that even though she is thin, she isn't really toned, she doesn't have the hard muscles you would expect. Thus, when she is moving she jiggles a bit, and that picture was obviously taken in motion.
You can see the jiggling in the vid, it's just not as obvious.

This picture is photo shopped. I saw that same hideous bum on a picture of a very old women on the beach just a few weeks ago posted on the web, maybe even this site. The women was about 100 and wearing a bikini with ALL of her skin hanging.

The photo looks fake to me. The bathing suit bottom looks like it's in the exact same position in both frames. And the outline of her butt in the "photo" photo looks drawn on. And like DJ said "Video doesn't lie"

Photo is definitely altered. If you look at other pics from the same pap-shoot (same bikini), her ass is fine. Looks good in another recent bikini series, too. She's not really a hottie anymore, but she ain't a large-curd cottage cheese ass, either (yet).
