It's really nobody's business who he dates and who dates him. It's bad enough the paps follow him everywhere .... it's just what happens when you become famous. I am sure he's smart enough to protect his finances ... besides, he's a young kid livin' large and having a ball at it. He probably has several beauty's that he dates. I say ..... DON'T HATE ...... 52. Steph is right. The girl that Phelps is smooching is black. I did some careful investigating and the girl in the photo is not Nicole Johnson. Nicole is light skinned and has shoulder length, little longer hair. The girl in this photo is dark and has much longer hair.
