77. I don't care about the pot either. But when you run out on a bill, that is stealing. I work at a retail store and we are busting shoplifers at an extremely young age. The main problem is the legal system, even though she was caught stealing from the restaurant, she will probably get away with it because her parents will hire a good lawyer. Thats the reason why young teenagers get away with stealing and drug possession.

78. Get Real People, the pot was not planted in her purse. Between the time when she left and came back, there was probably not enough time to think of a frameup. The waiters and waitresses were working, not trying to do a frameup. Unfortunately, with white america, she will hire a lawyer, and her lawyer will get her off, and her record will be expunged. That is why teenagers keep doing what they do.

79. Well...where to start. First off the pot isnt that big of a deal. in my opinion it should be legalized. and to everyone who says it's a gateway drug its not. i have a ton of friends almost all of them who smoke pot on a regular basis and thats it. they have never even thought of trying crack or heroin or anything else. just pot. so that part isnt that bad and shouldnt be something that she should get punished too bad for. for dining and dashing she is an idiot. and when you do that its just common sense to not go back to the restraunt again. you know that the cops will probably be called. if you were dumb enough to leave your purse and then try to walk back in and say oh sorry i forgot my purse when you just skipped on the bill. for that you deserve to be locked up for a while to keep your idiocy from spreading.

84. WildKAT --- You're an idiot! Whoever told you all that about weed is just as dumb as you! Maybe you were on another drug when you read ... that everything you listed is ALCOHOL! Which is man made. Weed is a plant, it helps your nervous system, (that's why they give it to cancer patients) ... NO ONE has died from an OD of pot, nor has it been a cause of any accident, or anything. When police say it was in the car, that doens't mean it was the reason. 88. Stupid girl. Stupid pageant officials. The article makes it seem like they only de-crowned her for marijuana, when she had "dined & dashed" as well. Our government is so obsessed with keeping the effects of marijuana exaggerated and calling it a "drug." You cannot overdose on marijuana and it has no physical addictive properties! I've smoked for 15 years and I am a professional and a functioning member of society. The netherlands treats marijuana like tobacco and their society is certaintly not falling apart or overrun by drug lords. Listen up everyone! Stop reading government propaganda and start listening to the facts!

89. I personally know this girl.- We live in the same town, went to school together, have some of the same friends, we've dated some of the same guys and I work with her mom. She has been this way for years. She just finally got caught. Although, this is not her first time to get in trouble with the law since she's been Miss Teen Louisiana. It just never went this public before. Really though the pageant officials should have thought to drug their contestants before giving them a crown! She did things like this before the pageant and once she was crowned Miss Teen Louisiana she saw no need to change and set an example for younger girls that looked up to her. I'm sure she will always been this irresponsible and dumb!!
