21. nothing is wrong with a community college or trade school, but i highly doubt he graduated high school, so he won't be able to get into a decent college to get a B.A, at the very least.

23. One thing is for sure.. LA is the last place he wants to move to for a "fresh start." He will get caught up with some other crap and eventually get into trouble living here. LA/Hollywood usually sucks up and spits out most of the out-of-towners who move here. I've seen it time and time again..... he'll end up moving back home.
